Pallanganmiddang Country

This is syrah from Indigo Vineyard and pinot noir from Brunnen. Always hand-picked and wild fermented in a mix of old puncheon and barrique. This speaks of quince and yellow apple, and flicks a bit of grapefruit pith out on the palate amongst reasonable breadth and richness, belying the moderate ripeness.
