Vino Friendo Fiano 2025

Wiradjuri and Ngunnawal Country

This one gets a ferment on its skins for three weeks, and is then aged in amphora for seven months. It ends up in this slick and grippy textural zone, still balistically refreshing but dialling in lighter characters of orange wines, while still being one! Go figure! Good scents and flavours of nashi pear, green pineapple, pickled ginger and preserved lemon. Summery fun, warm weather skin ferment wine personified.
