Wedded To The Weather Cloud Project Cirrus 2024

Biodynamically grown, skin contact vermentino from the excellent Wedded to the Weather crew. This is part of a Cloud Project.

Highly aromatic style, scents of fennel and cardamom, high toned herbal thing happening in the wine, tart-sour citrusy and stone fruit flavours, skinsy chew in texture and some good, zesty acidity to finish. Fresh feeling, zingy, edgy, but all the bits work well and it ends up tasting almost like a flat, ginger-lemon kombucha. I really like all this. - The Wine Front
