Whip Wines is the new label from Aaron Fenwick of Chateau Comme Ci Comme Ca.

Whip Wines Amber comprises two parcels of Semillon - one from Magpie Springs in the Adelaide Hills, the other from Vine Vale in the Barossa. The fruit was stomped and then left for 25 days of whole-bunch maceration before pressing. Expect punchy citrus-driven acidity with a nice savoury, chalky, textural undertone. Lovely.
