Whip Wines Sauvignon Blanc 2024

Peramangk and Kaurna country. 

A far cry from the tropical, grassy, passionfruit bombs most people associate with our old mate savvy b. This is tart, textural and a subtly oxidative. Savoury-edged with a big hit of saline lemon-lime on the palate, and the inherent racy acidity softened by some time in oak. Drinks almost like some sort of unholy marriage of Loire chenin and Jura savagnin. Unexpected but fun.
