Wildflower Brewing Sparkling Foudre Beer #3

Gadigal Country.

Made in collaboration with our dear friend Mike Bennie. Organic barley, wheat and hops brewed on Wildflower’s new-at-the-time brewing installation in August 2022. Left to chill overnight and inoculated with Wildflower’s house culture. Aged for 3.5 years in a single Foudre.

This sparkling version was packaged in cans, making it the singular barrel aged beer we ever packaged in cans. Enjoy. - Wildflower
