Chef Matt Stone is now Winemaker Matt Stone, though cooking still underpins a lot of his varied work. His dedicated move to South Australia is an assertive move into this realm. This is direct pressed chardonnay from the organic certified Rohrlach Vineyard in Williamstown, Adelaide Hills. 

All the character and charisma. Slippery texture with just the faintest grip, perfumed that marries classic stone fruit, nougat, cinnamon, sea spray, with elements of sake, alpine herbs and warm slate. The texture is a feast, the flavour profile generous but cut with brine, the length excellent, the overall drinking experience refreshing, interesting and comes with urgency to finish a glass.
