DELIVERIES: Our logistics team are taking a much needed break between Christmas and New Years. Please be aware that orders placed after 12pm on Tuesday December 24 will not be dispatched until they return on Thursday January 2.

Our Newtown store will be closed Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day but will otherwise be trading as normal from 10am-9pm daily.

Our Paddington venue will be closed from Dec 25, re-opening Wednesday January 8, but will be open for takeaway ONLY on New Years Eve.

Wolfrest Gin is made from a selection of 7 botanicals grown and selected solely from Italy. It starts with Umbrian juniper and Pernambucco sweet orange from Liguria. The other five botanicals are from Piedmont where the gin is distilled. Elder petal which is grown wild in the woods is collected. Then the remaining components are roasted hazelnuts from the Langhe and bay leaf, thyme and wild rosemary all collected in Montelupo Albase. - Ethereal Wines 500ml // ABV 43%
