Warwick (pronounced Wowique, ha!) Billings is a master winemaker and cider producer from the Adelaide Hills. This is his ultra-eccentric but super refreshing white wine. It sees zero additions, no sulphur, some skin contact, a touch of oxidative handling, and pushes lots of buttons for its left of centre vibes. It's got chalky texture, zingy acidity, zesty citrus characters. It's fun and frisky.
