Xaman Espadin Mezcal is crafted from fully matured, handpicked organic agaves grown without pesticides. The piñas are slowly cooked in stone ovens for five days, using stones from a nearby river, then naturally fermented. This mezcal has a unique, slightly smoky aroma with a semi-dry, almost sweet flavor. It’s smooth, balanced, and kept above 40 degrees without dilution or additives, honoring traditional Oaxacan methods.
