35% Chardonnay, 35% Welschriesling, 20% Viognier, 5% Petit Manseng, 3% Gewürztraminer, 2% Muscat Blanc from Ningxia. Fermented with indigenous yeasts. MLF encouraged with aging in old oak for 8 months. Small portion of 2022 Yunnan Chardonnay added for lift.
