Muscat, riesling and grillo. “Floral, zippy and expressive,” you’re probably thinking – and you’re not wrong. But what could’ve so easily ended up being liquid potpourri has turned out to be something much more. Luke Growden and Caleigh Hunt have been nudging the dial towards the more extreme side of orange wines of late and it is paying dividends here in this high-toned mesh of orange blossom, nectarines, guava and ginger tea, with grip and chew to boot. Oh yes.
